We were always greeted with a friendly hello, good morning/afternoon. The hotel was 40% occupied when we arrived on 9/24.

We intentionally chose late September for our visit as its low season and less busy. For this trip, we wanted a smaller, quiet and peaceful spot to read, rest and relax. We have previously stayed at Le Blanc, Excellence Playa Mujeres, Hyatt Ziva, so we are very familiar with this corridor of Cancun. The property was fully renovated in 2020 and the service and facilities are fantastic. We just completed a 7 night stay at the Sun Palace.
